The weather is so changeable here from hour to hour sometimes. And we have extreme cold here, so i try to keep in my mind that whatever the weather is in this moment, it’s bound to change.
Maintaining happiness is not easy during this time, but it can be done with a little think that winter and rainy season is synonymous with happiness :p
If you really want to stay healthy and happy during the season, let me share these five tips, i hope it may help you too!
Take your “me” time.
Take a time off to enjoy your “me” time. Me time isn’t something you should feel guilty about. When you take me time, everything else in your life gets better.
Make a healthy eating more fun.
An unhealthy body can’t be the “home” of a happy mind. Make your healthy eating fun by reminding yourself of the positive changes your body is undergoing.
Move your body.
The key to excercising regularly isn’t about finding the time, it’s about finding an exercise you love! As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day.
Go to bed.
Get your favorite sheets and go sleep. It’s one of life’s great pleasures for me :p Keep the importance of sleep in your mind, sleep at least 5 hours a day.
When you feel unhappy, what fill you up? Make a list about the things that charges your mind and body up. For me, go on a vacations or bake something can help me reduce stress. What about you? You’ll love your life more when you feel full and happy.
Stay positive. Believe it or not, you are the reason why you’re sad or happy. It’s up to us to give ourselves the best life possible. No matter what, keep your head up and push forward.
